Special Interest Group of Municipal Authorities (SIGOMA)

Description

SIGOMA is a special interest group of 45 urban authorities in the northern, midland and south coast regions of England.  It is the collective voice across these regions and embodies the opportunities and potential of the communities who live there.  It has a joint population of around 13 million people - making it one of the largest special interest groups within the Local Government Association and accountable for about 25% of local government spending in England.
