Outside body

Terms of Reference:

1.    To recommend the overall framework and balance of membership of the Board of Governors for approval by the Board.

2.    To consider nominations/ applications for membership of the Board of Governors against the overall framework approved by the Board.

3.    Having regard to the overall balance of membership, to recommend ot the Board of Governors the appointment of new Governors and the reappointment of existing Governors as appropriate.
