Motiv8 exists to improve the life chances of young people. It does this to reduce the risk of offending, anti-social behaviour and disengagement from learning or employment.
Vision
Its vision is a society where all young people are healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well-being.
Community
Its community based teams provide open access, targeted and intensive services for individuals and groups.
Education
It delivers in partnership with schools to provide Group Programmes including accredited alternative learning and outdoor activities.
Employment
It provides individual personalised support to help get young people into college or a job. Group programmes build confidence and self-esteem.
It believes in developing the whole person and increasing soft skills including self-confidence and self-esteem alongside delivering hard outcomes. The core of its work is based on evidence and research based practice and a continued investment in innovation.
