keep Hannah plants

We the undersigned petition the council to (1000 characters): I I currently have plants and my balcony the council have told me to remove my plants that I've had up there for five years or they are going to get scaffolding and remove my plants and charged me for it I would like the council to be compromising in this situation and come up with an ulterior decision as my plants a very very important to me and help me with my mental health

I'm completely disgusted in this situation of the council and my plants I have been complaining about the situation of drug use and drug users in the area for the past 6 months and nothing has happened but my plants seem to be the biggest problem in the area when I am just trying to make it look nice and have an area for myself on my balcony with my plants

Alternatively I can refer the matter to the Area Housing Manager at the Leigh Park office and ask that they make contact with you to discuss in the first instance why the request has been made and whether there is a compromise available in how you are using the balcony.
