Meetings of the full Council are available to be watched by the public, via our Livestream account at https://livestream.com/accounts/14063785.
Members of the public may make deputations on items on the agenda for decision, this must be given in writing by 12 noon on the first working day before the meeting.
Members of the public may also submit questions at a Council meeting, if notice is given 11 days before the meeting, also in writing.

Questions from the public are not permitted at the Council's Annual and Budget meetings.
