Purpose The purpose of this report is for the committee to consider and determine a summary review application made pursuant to sections 53A - 53Dof the Licensing Act 2003 ("the Act") by the Chief officer of Police, Hampshire Constabulary and in respect of the following premises:
Afters, 4-8 Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth, PO1 2DD.
The holder of the premises licence is recorded as Afters Nightclub Ltd.
