RECOMMENDED that the minutes of the previous meeting be agreed as a correct record.

Please note that the review will not consider the location or circumstances of individual residential parking zones, nor will it cover enforcement.

Requests to make a public deputation should be made in writing to the contact officer (above) by 12 noon of the working day before the meeting. Email requests are accepted.  No person may speak for more than six minutes per deputation.  Actual speaking times will depend on the number of deputations received.

The panel will continue its review by hearing further evidence from Pam Turton, Assistant Director, Transport, Environment and Business Support. 

The meeting is a single item agenda being held to receive a clarification on the evidence provided at an earlier Scrutiny Panel meeting regarding eligibility of student halls of residence within RPZs for residential parking permits.
