TRO 3/2020 Proposed HC Kendal Avenue area residents' parking zone PDF 909 KB Purpose To consider the public response to the proposed HC Kendal Avenue area residents' parking zone ("HC zone"), and to decide whether to introduce the proposed zone.
Within this report, "RPZ" means Residents' Parking Zone, "HC zone/area" means the area bounded by the east side of Copnor Road, the south side of Burrfields Road and the railway line to the east, and "TRO" means Traffic Regulation Order.
Appendix A: The public proposal notice for TRO 3/2020 Appendix B: Public views submitted Appendix C: Confirmation of communications (statutory and non-statutory).
RECOMMENDATIONS 1. That the HC Kendal Avenue area residents' parking zone, proposed under TRO 3/2020, is not implemented other than as set out in the second recommendation;
2. To implement a short length of the proposed No Waiting At Any Time (double yellow lines) in Moneyfield Lane northwards from at its junction with Keswick Avenue for 1 metre.
Decision: 1.1. That the HC Kendal Avenue area residents' parking zone, proposed under TRO 3/2020, is not implemented other than as set out in 2.2 below; 2.2 To implement a short length of the proposed No Waiting At Any Time (double yellow lines) in Moneyfield Lane northwards from at its junction with Keswick Avenue for 1 metre.
