This special meeting of Portsmouth SACRE has been called to approve the minutes of the inquorate meeting held on 8 November 2017.  This will then give approval to the agreed actions which include:

Minute 7 -      an invitation to be extended to the Islamic Shi'a denomination

Minute 11 -    SACRE Annual Report:

(i)            delegated authority be given to the professional adviser to amend in consultation from with the Chair and Vice-Chair to finalise the Annual report 2016/17 and;

(ii)          the final Annual Report be sent to the agreed circulation list

RECOMMENDED that the minutes of the meeting held on 8 November 2017 be approved as a correct record, so that the agreed actions can be progressed.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday 14^th March at 4.30pm in Portsmouth Guildhall (The Executive Meeting Room, Floor 3).
