1.	Welcome and Introductions The Chair to welcome everyone to the meeting and to introduce new members and/or those standing in for absent members.
2.	Moment for Quiet Reflection Reverend Alice Wood will lead on the moment of quiet reflection.

4.	Declaration of Members' Interest Members are asked to identify any pecuniary, prejudicial or personal interests on any matters on the agenda. Note: Should any indication of an interest arise duringthe meeting, members are asked to declare at that time, as soon as is practicable.

8.	Brief updates of notable matters Members of SACRE are invited to share matters of note. · Winchester Conference held on 3 September 2015 (Ruth Guyer) Should a matter raised require further consideration, the lead member will be invited to provide background and supporting information for the matter to be brought forward to a future meeting as a main agenda item.
9.	Minutes of the Agreed Syllabus Conference held on 17 June 2015 PDF 12 KB SACRE members are asked to note the minutes of the Agreed Syllabus Conference.
10.	Portsmouth SACRE Action Plan PDF 107 KB The Portsmouth SACRE Action Plan, which forms part of the Annual Report 2014/15 has been "RAG" rated (Red/Amber and Green) to indicate progress/status of each item. Note: Any changes will as a consequence need to be reflected in the Annual Report 2014/15. Recommended that SACRE consider and notes the Action Plan
11.	Annual Report 2014/15 PDF 725 KB Recommended that SACRE approve the Annual Report 2014/15.
12.	Collective Worship (debate item) PDF 261 KB SACRE members are asked to consider the matter of Collective Worship in schools, on the understanding that it is still a statutory requirement.
13.	Date and venue of the next meeting Members are reminded that the next scheduled meeting is due to take place on Tuesday 23 March 2016, starting at 4:30pm. In continuing SACRE's desire to vary its meeting locations between schools and faith venues, a school venue is sought for this meeting.
