The draft minutes from the previous meeting were still awaiting officer/witness comments and were therefore unavailable. Lucy Wingham agreed to circulate them to members of the panel as soon as the comments had been received.

The panel will hear from the Managing Director of Medicine for the Clinical Services Centre at QA Hospital.

It was noted that due to unforeseen circumstances the Managing Director of Medicine for the Clinical Services Centre at QA Hospital had given his apologies for his non-attendance at the meeting. It was agreed that the Managing Director be invited to the next meeting. Members agreed on two tentative dates of 18th and 24^th February. Lucy to arrange.

Marie Edwards, the Strategic and Operational Manager, Hospital Services, Social Adult Care was also in attendance. She explained her role to the panel. Members felt that it would be useful to the review if Marie could also attend the next meeting. Lucy agreed to invite Marie once the date was confirmed. 

Members to agree the date for the next meeting.

Members agreed two dates - 18^th and 24^th February - as tentative dates for the next meeting.
