Update Report on previous review - Community Ownership James Sandy, the Communities Engagement Manager's report 'Making Community Ownership work for Portsmouth' is attached. There is a session from 5-7pm in the Freda Swain Business Lounge of the Guildhall, which immediately precedes the panel's meeting (see page 8 of the report headed COUP! for details).
