Hampshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan Purpose. The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the Hampshire Minerals & Waste Plan: Partial Update - Draft Plan including what changes have been made, why these have occurred and what this means for Hampshire. This will form the basis of the public consultation which is scheduled for winter 2022.
RECOMMENDED that Cabinet 1. Approves the Hampshire Minerals & Waste Plan: Partial Update Draft Plan as appended to this report, the details of which are set out in this report; 2. Agree that Hampshire County Council carry out that Regulation 18 consultation on the Hampshire Minerals & Waste Plan: Partial Update Draft Plan on our behalf; and 3. Give the Assistant Director of Planning and Economic Growth delegated authority to agree with the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment at Hampshire County Council to any minor amendments as necessary to the Draft Plan prior to consultation. Appointment of LGBTQ+ Young People Member Champion Purpose. The purpose of this report is for Cabinet to appoint a LGBTQ+ Young People Member Champion for the remainder of the 2022/23 municipal year.
RECOMMENDED that Cabinet agrees a named councillor appointment from those detailed in para 3.2 as a LGBTQ+ Young People Member Champion for the remainder of the 2022/23 municipal year. Defibrillators in Portsmouth Purpose. 1. To update Cabinet regarding existing defibrillator locations in Portsmouth as requested at Full Council on 15 March 2022. 2. To propose a corporate standard procedure (via Health and Safety Team) for requesting defibrillators, including instructions on their guardianship. 3. To recommend a corporate funding process to request Ward CIL for the installation and replacement of defibrillators where such defibrillators are initiated by Portsmouth City Council.
1. Ward CIL applications are made on a case-by-case basis for the purchase, installation, and replacement of defibrillators where such defibrillators are initiated by the Council and maintenance costs are to be met from revenue budgets. 2. The current City Council external webpage listings for defibrillators is replaced with the up-to-date defibrillator listings obtained from South Central Ambulance Service ("SCAS"), Culture, Leisure and Regulatory Services directorate and Housing directorate (see appendices). 3. The standard procedure at appendix 3 is adopted as the corporate policy for defibrillators and all directorates are instructed to follow this procedure. 4. The considerations for future defibrillators at appendix 2 is noted. Additional documents:
