Issue - meetings

Purpose.

To update the Safety in the Community Portfolio on the council plan to become a White Ribbon accredited organisation.

RECOMMENDED that the report be noted.

Caroline Hopper, Corporate Projects Manager introduced the report.

Councillor Fazackarley stated that he is pleased with the cross-party support that has been given to deal with this very important issue and encouraged all Councillors to sign up individually to the White Ribbon pledge.
