Purpose
To formalise Sister City links between Portsmouth and Halifax in Canada and the Falkland Islands.
RECOMMENDED that the Cabinet authorise officers to enable the City of Portsmouth to enter into Sister City relationships with the Halifax Regional Municipality, Canada and the Falkland Islands Government.
