Colette Hill, Assistant Director of Property and Housing (Environment) introduced the report and in response to a question from Councillor George Fielding explained that being part of a wider infrastructure means that the council can benefit from opportunities that would not be available otherwise.

The Cabinet Member for Environment & Community Safety agreed to adopt the principles included the following points in his deputation: in the Project Integra action plan which covers the period 2018-2021.
