Purpose To provide the rationale for an extension of the S75 agreement for integrated health and social care commissioning for vulnerable adults for a further-term of 3 years until 31 March 2021.

Adult Mental Health Section 75 Extension PDF 92 KB Purpose. To seek approval of the Cabinet Member for Health & Social Care to extend the section 75 agreement for the Integrated Adult Mental Health Service (AMH).
