76.	Appointment of Chair Minutes: Councillor Hannah Hockaday was appointed chair for the meeting.

78.	Exclusion of the Press and Public RECOMMENDED that the following motion be adopted: "under the provisions of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, the press and public be excluded for the consideration of the following item on the grounds that the report contains information defined as exempt in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972." Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 and Town Police Clauses Act 1847 - Consideration of Private Hire Driver Licence - Mr R An exempt report by the Licensing Officer has been circulated to members of the Sub-Committee. RECOMMENDED that the Sub-Committee determines the matter. Minutes: Mr R was in attendance and the simplified hearing procedure was followed. RESOLVED that the sub-committee issue a final written warning to Mr R for the reasons outlined within the exempt minutes.
