RECOMMENDED that the minutes of the Health & Wellbeing Board held on 21 September 2016 be agreed as a correct record.

David Williams, Chief Executive Portsmouth City Council, will give a verbal update at the meeting.

Reg Hooke, as Chair of the Portsmouth Children Safeguarding Board will be presenting their annual report, as attached, for the information of the Health & Wellbeing Board.

This report was circulated after it was signed off by the Portsmouth Adults Safeguarding Board at their meeting on 22 November before it is circulated. This will be presented by the Portsmouth Adult Safeguarding Board chair, Robert Templeton.

A presentation will be made by a representative of the STP Programme Team.

The attached draft documents were circulated - the documents STP Plan and Summary remain in draft format until final approval by NHS England and NHS Improvement, which is expected shortly.

The report by Dominque Letouze, Consultant in Public Health is an information item to inform the board of the city's key health and wellbeing trends and issues.  It also seeks to monitor progress in achieving the priorities of the current Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, Annual Summary 2016 is attached.

The following dates are suggested to match this year's pattern of quarterly meetings:

All Wednesdays at 10am:

- 15^th February (or following week 22^nd February)

- 21^st June

- 20^th September and

- 29^th November
