3.	Minutes of Previous Meeting - 27 June 2016 PDF 72 KB RECOMMENDED that the minutes of the previous EDCL Scrutiny Panel meeting held on 27 June 2016 are approved as a correct record.
4.	New Review: Smart Cities Agenda The Scrutiny Management Panel met on 8 July 2016 and agreed that the EDCL Scrutiny Panel should proceed with a review to look at the Smart Cities Agenda. The panel will therefore: a) receive evidence from the first witness - Nick May, Head of Information Solutions, regarding PCC's Digital Strategy b) consider the Draft Scoping Document and potential witnesses to invite to attend future meetings and dates/times for meetings
