Questions must relate to the functions of the City Council and will be disallowed if considered vexatious, frivolous or relates solely or mainly to the interests of an individual.

Deputations may only be made on items for decision that are on the agenda.
Notice of intended deputation must state the agenda item and its purpose (that is whether for or against the recommendations).
